And they devoted themselves to the teaching of the apostles and communion, to the breaking of bread and to prayers. I fought with my prayer life.it was filled with many departures and stops. I`m grateful for these articles. I have faced such atrocious challenges which, I know, are a consequence of those mentioned above. I feel a strong bondage from the enemy fighting for members of my family. A brother struggles with drugs. The other four, we are all struggling with sexual immorality and there has been a lack of direction in our career life. We are fighting financially. I am saturated with a debt that threatens the reputation I have left behind. If God, the Father, should consider you as trustworthy enough to connect with one or more of these men, you will not only have received a very special friend of God, but you will also have received a very powerful prayer partner and an ally who could help make a difference on whether you end up descending the greatest miracle you need somewhere on the street. The Church believed in prayer and they lived by the strength of the prayer of concordance. After Jesus, prayer accomplished by prayer is guaranteed if we follow his clear instructions for this form of prayer, known as the unification prayer in Matthew 18:19-20.
This particular prayer leads us beyond our own level of faith to obtain something according to God`s will (if it is in the Bible as a promise or blessing). That is why I say to you, whatever you half up in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be for you. Note: Although the morning church had only the writings of the OT at that time, it was a known fact that God is a God of righteousness. Their prayers focused on promises like: harmony is extremely important. When Jesus spoke of prayer in Mark 11:25-26, he said, “And if you pray, forgive if you have spoken against something, so that your Father, who is in heaven, may forgive you your transgressions. But if you do not forgive, your Father, who is in heaven, will not forgive your transgressions. This is essential in your life of prayer. You must forgive all those who have offended you. Jesus did not say, “Think about it for six weeks and forgive me if and when you feel better.” He said, “Forgive me for praying.” If you are in harmony and in harmony with the people around you, you will enter into a deeper and more personal communion with God. It becomes real and vital to you. Communion with your Heavenly Father is one of the greatest things you will ever have in your Christian walk! It creates trust and trust in your heart.
